Michael and Camille’s story began on January 19th, 2023, at Happiest Hour in Dallas, Texas. What was supposed to be a casual first date quickly turned into something special—easy conversation, lots of laughs, and instant chemistry. That first date led to many more, including cheering on the Dallas Stars and planning spontaneous outings around the city.

By February 24th, 2023, Michael asked Camille to officially be his girlfriend—and she didn’t hesitate to say yes.

In 2024, their little family grew when they adopted Mayer, a golden retriever with a heart of gold and enough energy to power a small city. Just a few months later, they made a big move to Arizona on April 18th and celebrated this new chapter with an unforgettable month-long RV trip up the West Coast—just the two of them, Mayer, and their cat, Toulouse. From beach sunsets to campfire nights, it was a whirlwind adventure full of laughter, chaos, and memories that felt straight out of a movie.

Then came the most magical moment yet.

On April 26th, 2025—one day before Camille’s birthday—Michael proposed on the beach in Coronado, California. Camille had no idea what was coming. She thought her mom had flown in simply to surprise her for her birthday and to finally meet Michael’s mom. The plan was to take photos on the beach before dinner at the iconic Hotel Del. As they strolled down the shore, Camille noticed their moms weren’t following and asked why. Michael coolly replied, “They’re just taking pictures of us first.” Then, pointing out to the ocean, he said he saw a dolphin (spoiler: there was no dolphin). When Camille turned back around, Michael was down on one knee.

Unbeknownst to her, in that moment, Michael had actually dropped the ring in the sand—panic! But he found it just in time, and the proposal went off without a hitch. Camille said yes, and they celebrated a perfect evening surrounded by love and family.
